In 1991 LINUS TORVALDS created an operating system which is known as LINUX. The best reason behind this operating system was that it is an OPEN SOURCE OPERATING SYSTEM. The main component of the Linux operating system is a Linux Kernel.
The main question is WHAT IS LINUX?
For running a computer/laptop all of us need an operating system, just like iOS, Windows, and MAC LINUX is also an Operating system known as GNU/LINUX operating system.

Let me clear the difference between LINUX and WINDOWS as an operating system.

In Linux, we have access to source code.
There is a vast variety of free software in Linux.
WINDOWS:
The window is not an open-source operating system.
In Windows, we don't have any access to the source code.
There is a vast variety of video game software in Windows.
USAGE OF LINUX operating system:

It has been used because of his security.
There are least malware and viruses in Linux than in Windows.

These three's are further divided into thousands of subbranches and doing well on the Linux operating system. Along with these three, 99.9% world has been running on the Linux operating system.

Ubunto is the subdistribution of Debian and it is one of the most useable servers in the Cloud share Market Approximately it has a 70% ratio.
Ubunto is actually a free desktop operating version and it is totally based on LINUX.
Every year Ubuntu releases its 2 versions:
1- .04 (which is released in April)
2- .10 (which is released in October)
